Followed all instructions upon turning on both machines generated a ip address which is good however nether will allow me to connect to them one has a blinking red fault light and is making a surging humming sound. The other has a solid red fault code. I feel like a foolishI just spent 700 bucks on paper weights.Reply from: ingmining- Feedback replied to by seller ingmining.- Feedback replied to by seller ingmining.The Braiin's firmware was autotuning the chips this is why the Red Light was blinking. It can take up to 24 hours to autune. I am happy to do a remote session to resolve the issue. In the future please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback. Miners are difficult to setup - If it bad I would happily replace it was in fact bad.

Shipped fast, the box needed additional packing, but thankfully the miner still worked. The dismissive communication from a long-time ebayer made it worse, but they ended up sending a full refund out of the blue, so I m chalking it up to them having a bad time! That was above & beyond, I give them major kudos for doing so! I hope you get back on track & don t get discouraged!
