Great little light
So one reviewer complained about the flicker on one of the modes and they are correct the lowest mode uses pulse regulation to turn the brightness down. Not a big deal for most people and if it bothers you medium mode is amazing. Look out when you turn it up to full brightness this thing is incredible. I will not take away any stars for the flicker because let's face it, this is the only light of its kind in this class and I think it's well worth the price paid. Everything you need to know before buying.
The light is very well build, and its very reliable. However, the problem with the light is battery life (the battery drains in a matter of minutes and high setting goes quickly to medium in less then eight minutes of the light being turned on into high mode). Due to the low battery life it makes it no better than a key chain light from maglite. In addition, the light is very heavy for a key chain light, and with time it will damage a cars ignition switch due to its weight. If a keychain light is desired, I highly recommend the Surefire Sidekick instead, the battery life is longer, and weight is lower which makes it more suitable for a keychain light.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome light
They say the best flashlight you ever owned is the one you had with you when you really needed it. This little guy is easy to operate and packs one heck of a punch on high. Very well built which you would expect from Surefire. If you are looking for a light to carry everyday this is it. Penlight
It is a great little light. This is of the typical surefire quality you would expect. I believe the light is well constructed and has a decent output for a single AAA battery. This isn’t a replacement for the E1B backup, but is a good tiny edc flashlight. I'm not blown away by it.
I was a little bit underwhelmed by this little light. It's not as powerful as I expected a 300 lumen light to be. It gets hot pretty quickly on the 300 lumen setting. It's rather heavy for it's size. The beam is wide, and we'll dispersed, so I guess that makes up for it's perceived lack of power. It will get a lot of use, so we'll just have to wait, and see about how rugged it is. All said, and done; I think it's way overpriced. But, maybe I'll change my mind as things progress.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Handiest light ever.
Even smaller than I thought it would be. Amazing little light that is always with me. Not much bigger than a AA battery. It runs on a single AAA cell that is available anywhere. Light quality is as good as my larger Surefire lights.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sure fire aaa
Not worth the price . You have to twist it on/off several times for the high setting . Flashlight has dies nearly every day I carry it, I find it turned on all the time in my pocket..clip is sharp and uncomfortable when you slide your hand by it on your pocket. stream light micro stream is much better design especially with the back button and not to mention 1/5th the cost..Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Bright, Light, and Durable
Surefire makes top quality lights, and this is almost perfect. Even though Surefire says this light is only 300 lumens, it is as bright as cheap lights that claim 500+ lumens.
