        Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that matters. The seller accidentally sent the wrong item. They accepted their error immediately but were not able to exchange it for the the correct item. I returned the item that I had received using their prepaid Royal Mail postage label and they issued a full refund as soon as the parcel was received.
