Packing instructions is, so the clock will come as described, undamaged. Now with packing instructions, I get about 1-2% damaged clocks! Before I use to get about 35% damaged clocks. Seller cancelled my purchase with no explanation. When I asked why, Seller just stated "glass" I know the front glass is broken, there is a picture of it. I tried to reason with seller to continue with the sales, no answer.
