    Listing had only a stock image. Item arrived & packaging was NOT damaged. Inside, the Lego box was crushed. Slow comms. 5 days later offered to knock “something off”. I purchased the lego to display in the unopened box & explained this (have the set from years ago & besides, who wants to display a damaged box?). Opened case. Seller said contents of set worth more than I was offering (still not understanding why I purchased it) and then belittled the damage, describing it as ‘a crease’. Returned.

    I tried hard to sort this out as I always do: the buyer received a full refund, including postage (I covered the return post as well) but is just one of those angry, peevish people who make life miserable (for themselves as well as the rest of us). All one can do is smile and then block them. Happy New Year everyone.
