I m mindful that pieces were not included in the set and this was clearly shown on the description and I was aware that I was only purchasing the straighter. The set was delivered with care and packaged well. Some pieces were replaced but again this is stated on the seller s description. We also state if we have genuinely missed some parts then we will send replacements but we were not given a chance to do this. All our preloved used sets are hand-checked & mistakes do happen sometimes but we resolve them. Based on this I think the neutral feedback is unjustified.
