I called the number listed on Google and they said they would help. BUT they ended up taking information for a replacement iPad AND ended up putting close to $2000 dollars on credit card and on Apple Pay. They also (2) men ask me to call them back on Saturday and I did and they ran up the payments. After calling Apple and Credit card company fraud department I received several calls yesterday from them.

However due to the fact it was shipped via usps and the product has an internal lithium battery, the post office puts it in a different category and the shipment is painfully delayed. Seller should offer other shipping methods such as FedEx or ups (even at an extra cost to buyer) where these delays are not present. It took almost 2 weeks from order date to receive the product from 3 states away.
