It shows that you were promptly responded with an apology and a offer of a more than equivalent option. The difference was there was 2 extra icon wrenches. So a set of 12 instead of 10 and the other set was valued at $70 more than the set of 10 and had a flexing head. After you didn't except my solution you were immediately refunded within the hour of ordering. Yet still a lousy review...Whatever ..
