I message to discuss the issue and how to proceed. The seller was completely avoidant and not helpful at all. Eventually after having horrible communication the seller accepted a return, but as I had put ink in the printer already I didn't how to proceed with sending back, was then ignored by the seller completely. Buyer was offered return postage label , had 3 weeks to return the item but never returned. I doubt buyer is aware with technical item of printer operation.
