    Superb viewing

    Prior to purchasing, an existing review suggested that it was so good it deserved to be re-appraised.., and I couldn't agree more. The series is nothing less than excellent and I have no hesitation at all in recommending it. Far better than most television drama's being currently produced this is definitely one of my best buys.

    Wish I had bought this years ago!

    Enjoyed the series just as much as I did the first time around. Well written and the casting is/was just about perfect. Well worth watching the interviews of the cast at a 25th reunion. Their comments about how well they were briefed before filming started goes a long way to explaining why this series was so popular and the acting so believable. Highly recommended.

    Great DVD set of a wonderful BBC Drama.

    This fantastic box set was a great price for what i received - all the episodes from the three series originally broadcast in the UK from 1977 to 1979. They rarely run repeats of it on tv nowadays, so im glad i bought this for my DVD collection. Im really enjoying watching it during the current lockdown too.

    Secret Army DVD 2nd time around

    I remember when this programme was originally aired and am greatly enjoying it second time around. Filming is obviously dated by today’s standards but the story lines and tension are very good. The reproductive quality of the dvd’s is excellent.
