The box was a little beaten up (just as was shown in the photo) but the inside bottle is fine and appears unused. Unilever (the company in control of REN) has discontinued the company and REN itself is sadly sold out of this particular cream already. I was happy to be able to find any. Sold to me at about a third of its original price I feel this was a good value.
