the right controller was somehow jammed ...
the right controller was somehow jammed so i had to open it up and and pull the cable out of it to make it reset sense the reset button wouldnt work either. it could have been that it was jammed somehow by windows 11 knowing how bad os it is but i did get it to work eventually.
