Need some upgrades.
Very small and poor battery therefore no speed and no power. After the usage of couple of minutes device gets very hot and stop working until cool down. Anyway this battery is enough for couple of minutes only. The only advantage I found is very good to reach little bolts in difficult places. Don't waste your time and money. This dog won't hunt
I believe this. This product has not been produced in around 10 years at least. Some components in the device were made in China. I believe the China-made components have deteriorated to the point that the tool is unable to work, specifically, the motor won't rotate, even when is not prevented by frozen bearings or any similar problem. The quality has gone down hill.
