    Good communications when the item went "missing" in the EVRI void. It was eventually found and sent on its way, after seller chased EVRI. Sadly the packaging was not enough to protect it, so the drive failed. However the seller is a good eBayer, with good communication, so I will buy from them again, Hopefully with more robust packaging for fragile items
