    Great quality

    Excellent build quality sound is great, very heavy well put to gether machine. The feature list is extensive, I has settings for the three of the four major types of tape. Also has selectable dolby b and c.

    Brought my D6C Back to Life

    The value of this product is not just the drive belt, but also the instructions. The instructions gave me the confidence to replace the drive belt myself--something I would never have attempted without their help. The steps are clear, the pictures make all the difference (there are plenty of them, showing the different steps--and also included are some warning without which I would have springs shooting across the room and tiny screws all over the floor. An excellent purchase, can't rate highly enough.

    Professional quality recorder

    When in good working order, these professional quality cassette recorders are capable of superb sound reproduction. Due to their age they suffer from internal drive belt rubber degradation. Replacement of these belts is difficult because the recorders have to be stripped down in order to gain access. Not a job for the inexperienced. Also the replacement drive belts need to be of good quality.
