The dress was listed as immaculate but arrived stained with ink marks on the dupatta, damaged dupatta balls, a different shade, and in poor condition—none of which were mentioned. The seller dismissed my concerns, refused to view the photos I sent, and blamed a tailor for the ink marks, which clearly wasn’t true. They took no responsibility and called me fussy, but who wouldn’t be upset receiving a damaged item? They said it was used, but no flaws were mentioned in the ad.
