Overall very happy with the seller and the way it was packed but not happy that I got no notice from fedex or the seller about the form I would need to release the order from customs. It was held in customs for a week because of this. Now the guitar did come just a day late but I had to pick up the order and went back and forth with fedex all day because I missed the delivery due to miscommunication from fedex.
