I tried numerous times for them to make this right, I needed what was pictured, not what i was sent. I communicated this with them many times. I gave them plenty of opportunities to either send the item as pictured or a full refund, they chose to do neither. Very frustrating and not acceptable. They then decided to stop communicating altogether.
