    The blender, described as new, was dirty with a broken part essential to using the item. Because I didn't want the hassle of returning it, I contacted the seller asking for a partial refund to cover the cost of a new part plus some of the original shipping costs, which was immediately given. Glad for the prompt refund, but hugely disappointed in receiving an item in such poor condition; would never have ordered it. Minimal packaging. Won't use seller again.
