Seller did not ensure postage label was attached to parcel and so we had to pay £7 to release parcel from Royal Mail plus the £ 4.50 we had paid as part of the purchase. In total £11.50 spent on postage with no apologies or offers to reimburse some costs, just ignored email after asking what the problem was.
