There were scratches on the baby monitor screen. It otherwise worked but was not new. And the camera turned on but cannot be moved remotely so does not fully work. I contacted the seller and they just told us to send it back but it was too much of a hassle so I did not feel like the problem was resolved. I would not buy from this seller again.
