Whilst we are sorry that an issue occurred with this vehicle, as the vehicles are not workshop inspected, it should not be a reflection of our customer service that a 12 year old car had a fault that developed onsite.In the case of this vehicle it appears that the buyer had plugged a 5A USB accessory into the socket blowing a fuse that contained the rad fan circuit, thus causing it to overheat.
