This seller gave a great service, however the item was stolen whilst in transit. It was not accidentally lost as it was well packaged and secured and tape had to be cut to remove it. Once the seller was informed of non receipt they refunded me straight away without EBay intervention. Would deal with again ! Thank you.

friendly, amazing and very communicative seller. the key ring is exactly as described and was packaged immensely well, probably one of the best packaging anyone on ebay has ever done. it was posted and delivered quickly, too. thank you so much!

A very long time in coming but here at last. Convinced myself I was not going to get this one. Supposedly posted twelve days ago but, I don't for a moment think that Royal Mail have been sitting on it all that time. My Royal Mail deliveries have actually been very good the last couple of weeks. Have to assume that it was not actually posted when notified to that effect. On the positive side; very good price, very well packaged and happy with postcard. Would happily buy from this seller again.

The Postcard was not "supposedly" posted on the day stated but was ACTUALLY posted on the day stated. If the buyer had checked the label they would have seen the date. I do not lie - if I say an item was posted on a certain day then that means it was posted. It was posted on a Sunday which is not a collection day and was sent via Royal Mail 2nd class which is always going to take longer. Other items posted on the same day were received within 2 days so maybe it is down to Royal Mail his end
