    Yea, My old 18v makita skill saw is done.,, have miles off cutting even he wasn’t new when I bought.,, now tried the new one goes like a Rolex., smooth and nice only my opinion he ask little more amps., so 5ah battery will be the greatest for makita skill saw.,👏👍👏

    Makita DSS610Z 18V LXT Li-ion Cordless Circular Saw Naked, Body Only ex BSS610Z

    As with all Makita tools, this is an excellent quality piece of kit. I already had the batteries for other tools, so this was a very good buy. I cannot rate the LXT range highly enough, and even though I am used to the power of all my other gear, I was surprised at how easily this cuts through timber. Don't buy cheaper inferior quality power tools, you will only end up buying twice. Highly recommend this saw

    Makita DSS610z circular saw

    Good saw and light weight. Ideal for light trade use and DIY. I used it for cutting up 2.4m sleepers. Note it has a worklight rather than a laser guide light.

    Great cordless saw

    This is my first battery powered tool and I didn’t realise that battery powered tools were that good. It is light, powerful and a breeze to use. I definitely would recommend it to anyone who has never used these Li-ion cordless saws and tools before. A cordless hedge trimmer is next on my list.

    An excellent tool at a good price.

    This is another Makita gem. It is neat, compact and lightweight but it packs a lot of power. All the adjustment controls are easy, making it quick to see what you're doing. I love the little spotlight on the cutting point, for instance. An excellent tool at a good price.
