    Hoodie was just as described and very well packaged. I feel the seller could have updated me on the expected delivery date as through no fault of her own was unable to print off Evri label when she wanted to and the parcel took much longer than I expected to arrive.

    I am sorry that there was a delay in receiving the item, however that was completely down to EVRI and the local shop. I switched to EVRI with “Smart Delvery” as it is cheaper for our buyers. I am disappointed that you gave me my first neutral rating given that I couldn’t control the situation. We did agree a great price for you on the item and I did explain the delay. Apologies again and kind regards.
