    If you need a router.

    Brilliant price and great delivery. Very easy to use instructions and has the backing of BOSCH. The router is a quality product at a sensible price. I now want a Bosch table saw to go with it!

    heavier

    much heavier than my previous model and more designed so restricted in its use. Depth gauge is not as easy to micro-adjust. Attachments do not include a half sole plate guide which I used to use quite a bit for mouldings as it was less fiddly than the fully adjustable guide. The motor must be poor quality and low efficiency as it is twice the power input of several old routers - probably why it is so heavy. As energy prices increase inefficient or over-powerful motors may become a consideration as they will cost more to run. I had to buy this in a hurry (to regret at leisure?)

    Cracking tool, especially for the price

    I'm a professional handyman and I have used this a few times now, it is easy to set up and start to use. Having not used a handheld router before I was concerned it might be hard to keep straight but the guide tool works great. The depth gauge is very good, could just do with being able to go 10mm deeper. Great tool and really good value for money, would recommend.

    Great router, great features.

    I like this router, I have good control with the handles, depth on one handle and double trigger on the other, it feels good in my hands, it is heavier than my other outer but it's no problem, there's a handy depth setting on the side aswell, I like it, my other router is a Bosch and I've had it for many many years,

    No storage box

    I would have given a 5 star review if the router had of come in a proper storage box to Keep it in rather than just a cardboard box. It wont be long before the cardboard box is no good and then there is no storage for it. Other items purchased like this for my son have always come in proper storage boxes. So not 100% happy about this.
