    Very nice switch

    This super switch worked very well on my strat and I'm happy with the result. The possibilities with it are many and I did a complete circuit HSS with the ideas I had to it and without messing the originality of the guitar. I recommend it, the cost is good too. God bless you!

    Excellent switch, but needed a little fix.

    I was upgrading the pickups in my strat and wanted to upgrade the 5-way switch at the same time, to get a couple of added features. This is a genuine Fender part made in Mexico. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the rotary wafer holding the moving contact had a lot of backlash. Moving the switch in one direction was fine, but in the other direction, it was VERY close to shorting two stationary contacts at the same time when in the detent. I did repair it by putting both rotary wafers in the correct position and carefully adding a drop of super glue to the shaft where it passes through the wafer. After waiting 24 hours, the connection was solid and the switch worked perfectly. Other than that, the switch is of very high quality. ...and it functions perfectly in my guitar.

    The Defender super switch is a superhero

    I purchased this because I have a five way switch made by fender, but my wiring for the circuitry I was working on required the super switch. It is well-made and well worth $18 dollars. Don’t hesitate purchasing for your next project.
