    Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a recliner, which was supposed to be received in 2 parts, and 48 hr delivery. When I asked when the rest would arrive, I was told to be patient! The following week when still no package, I was told they couldn't contact the carrier, and would replace or refund. I accepted replace if it was immediate. I heard nothing since. Ebay refused my appeal, saying the seller said it had arrived or was on it's way. It hasn't arrived!
