    Item did not arrive or notification did not reach us. Item returned to seller. Seller was very friendly, approached us and offered reasonable refund anyway. Therefore experience with delivery was not the best (I am not blaming seller here because I do not know why item returned to seller) but the seller was polite and going towards to solve the isse as best as possible. This way of sorting issues is positive anyway. So experience in communication was really good.

    Not sure

    No clear instruction ..sounds obvious but was no way clear which way up to fit this as item looked nothing like the illustration!!! Either way would fit but I had no idea which way it should be ... dissapointed as it is Bosch!!!! Not good enough
