    Reliable quiet storage

    This is the 4th MyBook we've bought and so far they have been excellent. Very quiet and fast enough for the back ups they are being used for. The 6Tb seems to be the best value in the UK for some reason, would have preferred an 8Tb but it was much more expesive. Would recommend.

    Lots of storage, works.

    Disappointed that I Could not get special software & drivers to download/open but works fine to keep a backup using windows explorer. Slightly larger than I expected, but should have guessed such a huge storage capacity would take up more space than my previous much smaller hard drive.

    Western Digital 6 TB My Book - big storage and easy backup drive

    External drives are not particularly attractive but the WD drive is as good as any I've seen and the 6 TB case is quite small and tucks away neatly. The software backup system is easy to set up and so far works fine so recommend this product.
