It's in new condition with tags. The only complaint I would have is that the shipping took quite a while. It was packaged in a tight ball and was difficult to open while trying not to cut the material. I'd suggest a padded envelope next time you ship out clothing. Other than that, I am happy with the bargain I got and it was a very good value for such a quality garment. Thanks!
