    Decide if you really need this book before tossing your hard-earned money toward it.

    The biggest drawback for me is that the book has no Index in the back. I can't just look up a certain word (i.e. skin lesions). Instead, I have to look through the Table of Contents to find something that might include what I want. It's disheartening, to say the least. However, when I leaf through the book, I have found some amazing things that will probably help any of my symptoms. The hard part is remembering where I read it - and what it said.

    Not easy to digest

    If I were a doctor and had unlimited resources, this book would have been understandable and probably effective. As a layman who cannot lay out $55, $65, $75 plus per remedy, I found this book to be BIG PHARMA masquerading as a home remedy center. I was expecting over the counter, easy to acquire natural remedies and was referred to compound names that were real tongue twisters and purchase prices for pills that boggled the mind.
