    It just isn't right

    As a regular purchaser of this item, I typically buy it through Kiehl's website... But happened to find it for a deal here. The product that I received is as pictured, but! The mask itself isn't right. I noticed it looked strange when I opened it. It didn't look like the right texture and it was all smooshed around messily inside like I've never had it come before. I buy this product often and I've never had it smell like this or have this texture. It's as if they're scooping out half of the actual product, replacing it with a cheap scented, greasy cream, mixing it up, putting it in a box and pretending it's legit. When I used the mask, it felt totally wrong. Greasy and strong smelling. Didn't dry how the real product does. Either they changed their formula (I don't think so) ... Or this ...
