    Wrong item sent. I had to send back incorrect item before item I had ordered was dispatched. Same incorrect item was sent. I now have to send back incorrect item before refund is processed. Customer service is repetitive AI which doesn’t listen to customers, help or offer appropriate resolution. The packaging of both (incorrect) items was appalling - huge box for a small item, both of which were crushed, open & damaged on arrival. I love supporting small business but this one is a sham.
