Customer sent this piture from 1 angle but we have evidence it changes shades under different lighting and has more than 3 colours like the oil slik on the top as this is a metallic flask. However we still offered full refund and sent them pre-paid return so no return cost to the buyer. Buyer does not wish to return the item for a refund then what can a seller do? Still happy to help at any time :)
