    Excellent

    So easy to use, keeps warm for a good while. When new it is a bit stiff but after a few uses softens so can mould around your knee

    Alternative use of this product

    I use it for foot pain. Wrapped in a section of elasticated bandage, it is held securely on the foot to provide all round warmth that a standard wheat bag cannot do.
