So I messaged the seller and the lovely Deborah sent me a replacement, also putting in a free item as a pick me up. Which has honestly restored my faith in people! She was so kind and understanding. Great customer service. product quality is amazing, which has made my horrible experience in hospital somewhat better. Deborah is a saint. Would order again from this company!!

They said they would send the correct one right away but it never arrived. If they were out of stock as shown on ebay and didn't have one to send they should have told me. The reason I am giving them positive feedback is because once I asked for a refund that happened within hours plus I gained a pen even if it is the wrong one as they didn't want it back and their email responses were same day!
