Had a very old version of Rosemary Conley decided to update & try this , has great wid range of foods to eat , exercises to follow recipes & motivational quotes to lift your mood as trying a diet is hard . All you can do is try & not get down if you have a little wobble .

i have used this book for a while now and i lost a stone in wheight after 3 weeks. this book is the best one i have used it gives full day by day menues which are easy to follow this is what makes the book great from others and there is also an excersise bit in pictures with each day.
