      Disappointed!

      I loved the Food Hospital TV program and I thought the book would be similar. Unfortunately this was not the case. The book consists of various conditions & illnesses, followed by 1 recipe for each one. What I expected was that the book would have various conditions & list suitable meal plans and suggestions, like the TV show. Instead, it feels more like a reference book. It’s a good book for general information but not much more than that. I think I will pass it on to someone else or my local library.

      Every house should have one!

      A wonderfully researched book. Backed up by science. Everyone needs to read this for the health of their friend's and family. A must read. The content is well presented. Easy to understand. I today's world off every increasing illnesses and ailments this am The perfect guide to toxic pharmaceutical drugs which, as we have all experienced have strong side effects.
