Memories
Really enjoyed watching this again. I first saw it on TV when I was a young teenager and used to wait impatiently for the next episodes :) Now that I own it I can watch it whenever I want which is great as I don't think it has aged too much, and considering that the main actor is the lead in Castle and makes a lot of references to Firefly, I find it really funny. Great to have in my DVD collection.Really enjoyed watching this again. A tad bit expensive for what it was, and perhaps wouldn't work on some DVD players, however sorted the need it was ordered for.

Excellent series that was axed too soon, pleased to now have my own copy.
This series is now more famous and popular than it was when it was being screened. It has a well deserved 'cult' status amongst sci-fi and Joss Whedon and was ended far to soon. Brilliant cast, who have all gone on to other things. Original concept =a space 'western' with as great theme tune. Borrowed a friend's copy to watch originally and have wanted my own copy for ages. It was the losing side, but I'm still not convinced it was the wrong side.
Boy, am I glad I landed this one ...... Firefly was one of the most entertaining Sci-fi series made for TV, with engaging characters and delightfully quirky humour throughout. No grand 'gee-whizz' technology, just problems that need solving by people. The decision to cancel it after the first series remains baffling to me ...... Thank Almighty Bob (and an army of real life Browncoats) we at least had the excellent film, Serenity, to tie up loose ends. Hope you come to enjoy it as much as me.Boy, am I glad I landed this one ......
