    Great ice pack and compression device in one package.

    After having surgery on my knee for severe arthritis and calcification to my tendon the swelling was quite bad and I was advised to use cold compression to help reduce this. I tried pack's of frozen peas and a towel but this wasn't working. I spotted this and it combines the ice pack and compression in one device.
