Seller answered my questions quickly. Despite item being dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail the day after order placed, it failed to arrive on time. Good service by seller but not Royal Mail. Posted on a Thursday & arrived on the Monday (needed for the Sunday).
The item was well printed (lovely) & packaged in a hard backed envelope marked ‘Do Not Bend’. However, Royal Mail cannot ‘read’ - bending the envelope. Thankfully the item was not damaged. I’d definitely order again from this seller
