Good, but not amazing
The product has a really nasty smell to it, like a burning smell. That doesn't bother me if it worked... To be honest, I was expecting it to be stronger. Hasn't made a huge difference to my skin although it does stop the spots spreading and getting bigger. Will keep on using it though

Can't live without it!
So pleased I was able to find this on eBay, as it's not available on Amazon at the moment. Same price too. Excellent cream to banish spots, quickly sort out ingrowing hair & it has sorted out a small skin infection without having to go to the doctors. Not cheap, but worth it!

Effective and good value.
Most effective spot cream I have found in 30 years of trying everything from supermarket basics to pharmacy-only stuff to pricey brands. A little goes a long way so the value is good too. Has a bit of a weird smell but its worth it and like I said you only need to use a tiny bit anyway. Can be a little drying but I use it after applying E45 moisturising cream so that sorts the drying issue out. It has improved my middle-aged spot-prone skin and has also dramatically reduced my son's teenage acne (he also puts the E45 on first).
