Received soil some not boxed or bagged.. horrified….! sent a message and got basically a fxck you back! I gathered they got damaged in transit but.. not my problem… boxes that did have the product in were ripped because they are cheap.. better start spending a few more quid on some better boxes that don’t fall apart and be sympathetic to customers not rant when someone complains!

as you can see from his feedback he knows it was done in transit there isnt much i can do about it , all it takes is a driver to be having a bad day and the boxes could get damaged.i never ranted in my reply to you i gave you reasonable explanation.ive sent about 1500 item out on here over this year and 80% of my sales are soil that go out in the exact same boxes and you are the only one to complain about them.november last year you made the same order and never said that they were cheap boxes
