    Unfortunately, my cup and saucer arrived with the cup severely cracked. I wasn’t entirely surprised due to the condition of the box, which had one side crushed. I messaged the seller, Jack, who replied immediately and provided a full refund shortly thereafter. The damaged item was certainly not the fault of the seller, but that of the courier who handled the package so poorly. Although I didn’t end up with a purchased item, I believe the seller’s professionalism is important feedback to note.
