Couldn't live without these tablets.
As someone who suffers with various Anemia's, I get run down very fast and often. I originally purchased these to help me with Coldsore outbreaks, for which they have been a Godsend. I have gone from new breakouts every two-weeks or so, to a couple of times a year. A very happy incidental that I discovered while using these tablets was the effect they have on my ulcers. If you suffer from bad mouth ulcers, or injure yourself by biting or burning the inside of your mouth, these will be your new best friend. I honestly can't talk highly enough about the wonders of Lysine tablets. When I'm having an outbreak, I take 2 tabs up to 4 times per day and they speed-heal me like nothing else. suffered, nasty side effects vomiting / nausea! I took around 2000mg - 3000mg per day Please read label! I’d recommend you take no more then around 500mg a day or you could push it maybe split tablet into two and have it twice in a day that will make up for the 1000mg Ideally take with food, not on empty stomach as I did, maybe that’s the cause problems for Me, I was intermintent fasting! Just be very careful, otherwise it value for Money and a great product Just whoever going to use it please read and stay within recommended daily allowance and eat with food will helpsuffered, nasty side effects vomiting / nausea! One happy over the moon customer
Suffer with coldsore's on the outside off my nose ,(I know weird one 🤣) I've taken this tablet for 3wks now an not one cold sore, I've had the sores on my nose repeatedly for last few months ,wish I had before an after pic but not one to take a pic off something so ugly stuck on the side off your neb hahaha. Can't believe the difference, for the first time in months I'm not walking round with load off cream stuck to my nose at night an looking like I've stuck my face into big cream bun ,which wouldn't be a bad thing lol but no didn't have that pleasure just that look. Really I started noticing the difference after 2wks but now its 3wks it's totally cleared up,I've just ordered another pack so I won't run out an have to wait + the company seems so nice ,they actually send you a thank you ... this l-lysine is quality stuff, I use it for cold sores, on the first tingle I take a few tablets and (for me) it seriously reduced the impact, mostly stops them from appearing. I know there's no medical proof, but these really work for me. Nu U L-lysine are the same quality as the more dearer you can purchase from branded shops, at a reasonable price. great stuff.

This would happen every couple of months. It got so bad at times I had to be prescribed medication for smallpox. Now that I take this daily I get 1-2 a couple of times a year.
