It's fairly quiet and doesn't leak. I do like that you can buy replacements for individual components at reasonable prices if something breaks down the road - for example a new motor would be $25 and replacement belts are $2.50, with both being very easy to change out if necessary.

I corresponded with them several times, and each time they responded immediately with step-by-step instructions on how to "tighten, straighten, adjust".
