I used it for the first time yesterday. I had 1 problem, the flexi pipe that connects to the hard pipe was allowing air in causing suction to be off. As an elite cleaner at one time in my life this is actually a shameful but common problem that I sorted, there was a little water inside that shows it had been tested poorly other than all that I'm having an easy time with it and it's doing what it says on the tin. I'm going to use it again today so it can't be that bad.
