I've had a chance to use the heated mirror in the recent icy weather and it really is very good, it defrosts the mirror in about 30 seconds, way quicker than the genuine one on the other side.:-)

The mirror is a pattern version with 3mm connection blades rather than 5mm so had to modify the connections to the heater element wiring on the door mirror wiring harness to enable the mirror demister function to work, so rated only 4* as not form fit and functionally compatible with the original.
