Nice to have a good selection of recipes but not the first easier stuff.. I bought for a chef in a nursing kitchen. I used one at old halogen. Even fact several them with to in fact to digital. But basic is known but not normal. Egg fried. Grilled bacon which fell between rings Sausage are great bug just simple first in a breakfast. Nothing shown about easy cooking halogen. If this oven is to replace traditional cooking then we need to know how to do that. Too many meals are restaurant/chef type, and not for general cooking. I want to know how to cook chicken, meats, liver, bread, fish, breakfast type foods not pretentious chef meals.
